MES + Scrum Master

Akkodis is seeking a MES + Scrum Master for a Contract job with a client in Santa Clara, CA (Onsite) . Ideally looking for applicants with strong Scrum Master experience and expertise in bridging digital transformation with shop floor smart factory operations.

Rate Range: $45.24/hour to $49.24/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

MES + Scrum Master job responsibilities include:

• Act as Scrum Master to bridge the gap between digital transformation initiatives and shop floor smart factory operations.

• Apply Agile methodology specifically for teams implementing or maintaining MES software such as:

  • Siemens OpsCenter

  • Rockwell

  • SAP ME

  • SAP DM

• Manage unique challenges of deploying IT solutions (Agile) in Operational Technology (OT) environments.

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices across MES implementation teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver MES solutions aligned with business objectives.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• 6–8 years of experience in MES and Agile project management.

• Proven Scrum Master experience in manufacturing or smart factory environments.

• Strong understanding of MES platforms and digital transformation strategies.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay Details: $45.24 to $49.24 per hour
