The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced product manager to own the payments experience across our B2BC platform and marketplace. That means building seamless, global, scalable infrastructure for subscriptions, payouts, refunds, fraud management, and more across web and mobile. Your roadmap will greatly and directly impact our revenue, retention, and international scale. You’ll have a chance to work across deep innovation and AI that can automate and save time for coaches to help their clients achieve their goals.

What you’ll do:

• Partner closely with the co-founders on building and developing the product roadmap
• Own the product roadmap for payments, fraud, and billing across our B2B2C product and marketplace - we’ve processed $70M to date through our payment system and we want to double down on this as a key revenue driver
• Design and optimize the full lifecycle of a transaction - from registration to payout
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to ship quickly and responsibly
• Continuously improve - regularly assess and evaluate product performance, including usage data, customer feedback and market trends to adjust current products or identify new opportunities
• Drive key metrics: conversion, payout reliability, fraud rates, churn from billing issues
• Talk to users weekly - understand edge cases and build for scale
• Build for a global user base from day one

Ideally, you:

• Have 3-5 years of Payments or Fintech PM experience at a SaaS software company
• Have built or owned payment or fraud systems, ideally in a business-in-a-box platform or two-sided environments
• Have a high bar for UX and understand the mechanics of great user flows
• Are curious about driving workflows with AI - we’re building and refining Jarvis, our AI fitness coach assistant
• Operate like an owner - you’re comfortable jumping into Figma, Jira, Confluence, analytics, or QA
• Are forward thinking and curious about the latest trends in tech
• Know what hypergrowth feels like and want to do it again
