Location: Folsom, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour

Looking for a fast-paced administrative role?

We're seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our clients sales team. This is an inward-facing role focused on policy processing and administrative support. There is no client or insurance carrier interaction, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes work and keeping processes running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Process policy changes, including adding or removing drivers, equipment, and coverages
• Complete binds for new and renewal business
• Issue certificates of insurance
• Prepare and send approval and denial letters for drivers
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain policy records and update information as needed
• Support the Marketing and Sales team with a variety of administrative tasks
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner

What We're Looking For

• Previous administrative experience in insurance, financial services, or a similarly fast-paced office environment preferred
• Experience processing high volumes of paperwork and transactions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
