Culinary Extern

Sierra Mar , the world renowned restaurant at the Post Ranch Inn , is looking for Culinary Externs with full time availability. The right candidates will have prior experience or cooking education, and will have a flexible schedule - able to work mornings, evenings, holidays and weekends as necessary. Must be able to provide or obtain a CA Food Handler permit within 30 days of hire. This position is designed to be in collaboration with a Culinary Art Schooling Program (3-6 months on average). Applicants who are not enrolled or graduating from a current culinary education program, should apply for the Line Cook or Dishwasher opportunities.
