💲 $21 – $25 per hour

Dinasty Security Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Clerk to support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and HR administrative functions. This is a full-time temporary onsite position based in Vernon, CA.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in high-volume recruiting environments who is comfortable using HR software systems and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage ATS systems to source, track, and screen candidates across multiple recruiting platforms

• Conduct phone screens and coordinate in-person and virtual interviews

• Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates

• Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure employee files are complete and compliant

• Process new hires in ADP, complete E-Verify and background checks

• Maintain accurate job descriptions and ensure compliance with federal and California labor laws

• Assist with employment verifications and EDD documentation

• Support employee termination processing and HR documentation

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of HR or recruiting experience preferred

• Experience with ADP, E-Verify, and background check systems

• Experience using ATS software to source, track, and screen candidates across multiple recruiting platforms

• Knowledge of federal and California employment laws

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish required)

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must pass a background check

• Must be able to work onsite in Vernon, CA

• Reliable and punctual
