Treatment Coordinator (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Our modern, patient-focused dental practice is seeking a positive, motivated, experienced, and people-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding patient experience, guiding patients through treatment plans, helping them understand their options, and coordinating appointments and financial arrangements. Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and build trust with patients will help them feel confident moving forward with the care they need.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, and eager to grow with our team. We want someone who takes pride in their work and is excited about developing into a larger role within the practice over time. This position offers a clear path for advancement, including the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Office Manager role.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
• Dental assistant or dental office experience preferred , but we are willing to train the right person
• Someone interested in long-term growth and professional development , not just a short-term position

Schedule

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

• 2 years experience in sales
• Must be bi-lingual
• Willing to get X-Ray license
