Chinese Bilingual Medical Office Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for full-time Chinese speaking receptionists immediately. Duties include greeting patients, answering patients calls, basic triage, verifying patient's insurance information, collecting payments and translation as needed.

We have 3 locations- Arcadia, City of Industry and Monterey Park

We are willing to train the right candidates. Personality is more important than experience. We are waiting for someone who has the heart to provide the best patient care.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Salary : $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments, providing excellent customer service- Verify patient information and insurance coverage- Collect and process payments for services rendered- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical information- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple incoming calls- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Required)
