Position Summary: We are seeking a personable, professional, and detail-oriented Front Office Medical Receptionist to be the face of our facility. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to study participants, efficiently manage front-desk operations, and support the research team in delivering smooth and timely clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in clinical trial participants and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and provide general site information
• Schedule and confirm participant appointments for screening, follow-ups, and study visits
• Verify and update participant demographics and insurance (if applicable)
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and GCP guidelines at all times
• Assist with participant registration, consent paperwork distribution, and document collection
• Coordinate front-desk logistics including lobby cleanliness, supplies, and hospitality items
• Maintain and organize paper and electronic files, scanning documents into electronic systems
• Support research coordinators and patient care team with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a front desk or medical receptionist role (clinical research experience a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn clinical systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced research environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
