Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons and the anesthesiologist and coordinate the flow of equipment, supplies and staff during surgical procedures.
- Maintain patient safety throughout the perioperative phase of care.
- Participate in patient care planning, assessment and nursing treatment specific to the operative setting.
- Ensure proper sterile technique, instrument counts and readiness of equipment and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team and support postoperative care as needed.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California.
- OR Circulator experience or perioperative nursing experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Ability to work rotating 5x8 shifts.
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment.
