We are building the enterprise AI layer that enables agents to perform complex, judgment-heavy work by learning and leveraging a customer’s institutional intelligence. Our platform drives significant productivity gains for Fortune 100 companies across engineering, finance, and consulting. We are seeking a Software Engineer (Member of Technical Staff) to architect and ship the core systems that make this possible.

As a Software Engineer (MTS), you will own the end-to-end development of critical, real-time features that empower our AI agents. This role blends full-stack development with strategic system design, directly impacting measurable customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and ship core product features including rich editors, interactive dashboards, and real-time "Autopilot" user experiences where agents plan and execute with sub-100ms interactions.
• Design and build integrations that ground AI agents in the customer’s operational tools (e.g., Google Workspace, O365, Slack, Linear, etc.) across hundreds of potential endpoints.
• Develop the learning flywheel that converts expert user feedback into demonstrably smarter and more capable agents over time.
• Collaborate tightly with Product and Design to translate complex customer insights into scalable, cross-customer capabilities.
• Work across the full stack to build systems that allow agents to analyze logs, run due diligence, generate client deliverables, and ship code.

We are looking for a high-intensity, collaborative engineer with significant full-stack experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Up to 5 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience (impressive personal projects are considered alongside professional tenure).
• Strong focus on TypeScript/React for building rich, interactive web applications.
• Proficiency in Python for backend development.
• Familiarity with our core tech stack is highly beneficial: Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Python (FastAPI), Postgres, Redis, and Kubernetes .
• Experience utilizing leading AI model APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic API ) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable systems and thrive in a high-ownership, low-ego team culture.

Work Policy:

• This is a full-time, on-site role requiring 6 days per week in the office in San Francisco, CA.
