Customer Service and Sales Specialist

Responsibilities for the Customer Service & Sales Specialist position include:

- Assisting customers through the sales process, from product recommendations to order processing.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information and offer informed recommendations.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement.
- Handling customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitors' offerings to stay competitive.
Qualifications for the Customer Service & Sales Specialist position:
- Proven track record in customer service and sales roles, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
