As an Agent Aspirant, youll receive hands-on mentorship from Agent Alex Mora, learn every aspect of running a successful State Farm agency, and develop leadership, sales, and business skills to prepare for your own agency opportunity.

What Youll Do

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies
• Network and build relationships in the Orange County community
• Manage client relationships and deliver outstanding service
• Cross-sell State Farm insurance and financial products
• Support and train team members
• Learn to lead an agency from the ground up
• Participate in the State Farm Agent Aspirant Program for future agency ownership

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, leadership, or business development (insurance or financial services a plus)
• Must hold or be willing to obtain CA Property & Casualty, Life & Health Insurance Licenses
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and community involvement
• Bilingual; must be fluent in Spanish
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• Must be able to work full time in office Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay based on experience & performance plus commissions/bonus; Estimated $70,000$125,000+
