Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a leave contract within a K-12 school setting in Long Beach, CA. This role requires a certified SLP with experience in healthcare, pediatrics, the clinical fellowship year (CFY), and school environments. The position offers an opportunity to deliver essential speech and language services to students while working in a supportive, educational atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Valid California State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology and school-based services
• Completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of K-12 speech and language assessment and intervention techniques

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations and individualized therapy to K-12 students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining detailed records as required by the school and state regulations
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support a positive learning environment

• Full-time leave contract position in Long Beach, CA, serving K-12 students
