Workday LMS Administrator

Our client is looking for a Workday LMS Administrator. This position is a hybrid contract located in West LA.

• Pay Rate: $50-$60/hr

• Assignment term: 4-6 months

Responsibilities:

• Administer Workday Learning (LMS), including content uploads, campaign launches, course reviews, system maintenance, and onboarding planner management tied to global onboarding expansion.

• Track and report on LinkedIn Learning engagement and usage metrics to support learning adoption and program insights.

• Manage external learning vendors, including coordination, scheduling, program logistics, and oversight.

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for manager training programs and leadership development initiatives.

• Support the expansion of global onboarding initiatives and maintain onboarding learning experiences and materials.

• Design and facilitate performance management and compliance training; develop supporting materials such as one-sheets, quick reference guides (QRGs), and forms.

• Manage coaching requests and assignments across the organization.

• Provide operational support for learning initiatives, including facilitation, scheduling, and responding to additional learning requests as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field.

• 5 - 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR programs.

• In-depth experience working with learning management systems and specifically with Workday.

• Experience coordinating training programs, learning vendors, and facilitation logistics.

• Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
