Our family is looking for a diligent, detail-oriented individual to join our Calendaring department. As a Calendar Clerk, you will:- Calendar dates, deadlines and important events
- Analyze important information from incoming mail, and assign it to relevant parties
- Cross-reference important data to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Work with a diligent team of 6 passionate Calendar Clerks to maximize communication and efficiency
- Contribute to the positive, stimulating environment within the department
