JOB TITLE: Business Analyst - DEFENSE

PAY RATE: $74.50/hour

Summary:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and objectives

• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from Workday and other internal databases

• Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) to analyze datasets

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize KPIs and business trends

• Conduct data quality assessments and ensure data integrity across systems

• Support development of business cases and project proposals based on analytical findings

• Assist with implementing process improvements and operational best practices

• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to management and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree

• 3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Experience with Workday and Tableau

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• High attention to detail and data accuracy

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL or other programming languages for data analysis

• Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)

• Familiarity with HR and recruiting processes (e.g., sourcing, candidate selection)
