Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient needs, implement care plans, administer medications, and monitor responses.
- Triage and manage patients in a fast-paced environment, applying critical thinking and clinical judgment.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff on the shift; coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document care accurately and communicate changes in patient status to the care team.
- Promote patient safety, infection control, and adherence to professional standards of practice.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification current
- 1+ year ER nursing experience
- Ability to work Nights (3x12) in a fast-paced setting
- ACLS certification preferred
