Job Description
As a Meal Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to our established recipes and nutritional guidelines. You will be part of a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring the quality, taste, and presentation of every meal. You will work closely with our team to execute our menu and meet the needs of our fitness-focused clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals based on provided recipes and nutrition guidelines (high-protein, low-carb, macro-specific)
Ensure consistent portion sizes and accurate measurement of ingredients
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace at all times
Package meals for delivery or pickup, ensuring presentation and freshness
Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
Assist with menu development and new recipe ideas to enhance offerings
Manage food inventory and ensure the freshest ingredients are used
Handle multiple orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality

Qualifications:
Experience as a cook, chef, or in a meal prep or commercial environment preferred
Knowledge of macro-friendly, high-protein, and healthy cooking techniques (experience with fitness or bodybuilding meals is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with food safety guidelines and kitchen sanitation
Excellent knife skills and proficiency in using kitchen equipment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and passion for healthy, gourmet cooking
