Divisional Plant Controller

: Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage financial operations across multiple divisions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Utilize AS400 and Tagetik to generate and analyze various financial reports for each division.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure data integrity in compliance with SOX requirements.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to divisional leaders based on thorough analysis of financial data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Actively participate in budgeting and forecasting activities for each division.
• Monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess divisional financial health.
• Foster effective communication between finance and operational teams to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting for manufacturing operations and a track record of successfully managing multiple divisions 7-10yrs.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills for comprehensive financial analysis.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, education, skills, qualifications, performance, and business or organizational needs. Pay Range: $145,000 - $175,000 annually.
