CNC Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer Machinist to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision components for the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate has a strong background in CNC machining and programming, demonstrates high attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering quality work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate 2- and 3-axis CNC machines to produce aerospace components to specification

• Perform pre-operational inspections and review blueprints, manuals, and dispatch specs to determine dimensions, tolerances, and machining sequences

• Determine and execute setup and machining operations for new or complex parts

• Conduct complex setups independently , including tooling and offset adjustments

• Operate CNC lathes and mills with precision to meet engineering drawings and customer standards

• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure part quality and accuracy

• Troubleshoot programming and machine issues to improve performance and efficiency

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace , following all company safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of CNC Programmer or CNC Machinist experience
• High school diploma or GED required; technical/trade school certification preferred

• Hands-on experience with Okuma, Mori Seiki, Hitachi Seiki, Mazak machines, and Mazatrol, Okuma, and Fanuc controls
• Proficiency with blueprint reading and precision inspection tools
• Experience operating CNC lathes and mills
• Proficiency in Mastercam or similar CAM software
• Hands-on experience machining stainless steel, Inconel, and titanium
• Strong attention to detail , problem-solving , and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

**Please note that the role is open to negotiate higher than $30 /hr, depending on experience**
