Executive Assistant (Full Time)

We are a fast-paced, high-end luxury retail boutique searching for a team member to assist the Chief Sales Officer/Owner of the business with prompt and consistent support. Primary Duties - High-level execution of support tasks including but not limited to:
- Project management, with an emphasis on timeline-driven tasks and milestones
- Strategic calendar management of appointments, mindful of client needs, vendor operation hours, shipping cutoffs, employee coverage, etc.
- Meticulous and organized note-taking of important action items and discussion points garnered from observation of in-person and online client and vendor communications
- Anticipating requests of the executive, clients, and vendors
- Monitoring all channels of communication (email, text, phone, social media, etc.) for executive
- Creating & prioritizing the executive's task list based on consideration of all above items
- Efficient and functional organization of both physical & digital materials utilized by the executive
- Streamline, systemize, and document procedures and templates for repetitive tasks and workflows
- Liaise between all departments including sales, inventory, procurement, accounting, operations, and marketing with clear and constant communication
- Communicate with vendors and clientele with the utmost professionalism, while deeply listening and always keeping the goals of the boutique top-of-mind
- Manage the workload of the executive by identifying and delegating tasks and client or vendor interactions that can be performed by yourself or other team members
- Performing all of the above tasks and more in a fast-paced environment with speed, efficiency, a positive demeanor, and poise.

- Desire to provide support to both executive and clientele alike
- Professionalism and polished personal presentation

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- College coursework is preferred but not required.
- Open availability required (mornings, evenings, weekends and overtime).
