Human Resources Information System Analyst (San Francisco)
HRIS Analyst (Oracle HCM) — San Francisco, CA
LHH is teaming up with a large, mission‑driven organization in San Francisco, CA in search of an HRIS Analyst (Oracle HCM) to support a complex, in‑flight HR systems implementation.
This contract role will join an enterprise‑level Oracle rollout during critical phases leading up to go‑live and will play a key role in data analysis, system support, and technical problem‑solving. The organization is in a high‑impact stage of a multi‑phase implementation and is seeking additional hands‑on expertise to keep momentum moving forward. This is an opportunity to step into meaningful project work where your contributions will be visible and immediately valuable.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working deeply in data, and experienced supporting complex HR or HRIS initiatives. This person enjoys rolling up their sleeves, navigating evolving project needs, and partnering closely with technical stakeholders. Prior Oracle experience is essential, along with strong Excel skills and the ability to quickly assess and interpret large data sets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support an ongoing Oracle HRIS implementation during critical project phases
- Analyze HR and system data to identify issues, risks, and trends
- Partner with internal HRIS and project stakeholders on configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Provide hands‑on technical support to supplement an existing HRIS team
- Leverage advanced Excel and reporting skills to support project decision‑making
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of HRIS analysis or related experience required
- Prior experience supporting complex HR or HRIS projects or implementations required
- Hands‑on Oracle experience required (HCM preferred; Finance modules acceptable)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency required
- Ability to step into an in‑flight implementation and add value quickly
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating cross‑functionally
Job Type: Contract (estimated 4-6 months+)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hybrid — San Francisco, CA
Hours: Full‑time, standard business hours
Pay Rate: $50–55/hour
