  • Build strong relationships with key vendors and stay ahead of emerging capabilities that can drive competitive advantage

Drive Adoption, Change Management & AI Fluency

  • Champion AI adoption across Medical Affairs, ensuring solutions move from concept to sustained usage

  • Engage directly with business leaders to co-create, prototype, and refine AI products

  • Design and lead enablement programs that move teams from awareness to active adoption and value realization

  • Hands-on familiarity with modern AI technologies (RAG, LLMs, agentic frameworks) with the ability to translate capabilities into business solutions

  • Experience working with IT and system integrators as delivery partners, while maintaining accountability for product direction and outcomes

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across a global, matrixed organization

  • Strong understanding of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI principles
