About the Role:
Join the JUST TRANSPORT INC team as a FedEx Ground Driver in Ventura, CA, and become part of one of the most recognized delivery networks in the country! Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle along assigned FedEx Ground routes in the Ventura County, CA area
- Load, sort, and organize packages for efficient daily delivery
- Scan and track packages using FedEx handheld devices to ensure accurate delivery confirmation
- Deliver and pick up packages in a timely, professional manner to residential and commercial customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to resolve delivery issues
- Adhere to all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs regularly
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous delivery or driving experience preferred but not required
