? Maintain 99%+ order accuracy in a regulated ERP environment
? Protect documentation traceability and compliance
? Identify and escalate delivery risks before they become failures
? Support OTD performance that customers depend on
? Represent Customer Service in structured customer reviews
? Operate autonomously within defined authority limits

This is a precision-driven commercial operations position inside an AS9100/AS9120-certified aerospace distribution company.You will be trusted with:

• Contract-controlled order execution
• ERP data integrity
• Portal compliance
• Traceable documentation management
• Delivery risk visibility
• Cross-functional coordination
• Supporting On-Time Delivery for aerospace programs

Your accuracy directly supports production continuity for customers who build and maintain aircraft.

Education & Experience That Stands Out

• 1–3+ years in order management or aerospace distribution
• Strong data entry accuracy.
• ERP experience (SAP preferred)
• Aerospace hardware knowledge strongly preferred
• AS9100/AS9120 familiarity a plus
• Strong Excel skills required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Professional customer-facing demeanor.
• College degree preferred but not required for proven performers
