- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, etc.).
- Communication: Client-facing experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentor engineering staff.
- Business Acumen: Business development acumen is a strong plus.
