JOB SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking Busser to join our team at our new Yountville location. As a Busser, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our guests have a seamless dining experience. You’ll assist the front-of-house team by clearing and resetting tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and supporting servers in delivering exceptional service. Your efforts will directly contribute to the efficiency of the restaurant and the overall guest experience, making every meal enjoyable and memorable.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clear and clean tables quickly and efficiently, ensuring they are reset for the next guest
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests as needed
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, tables, and chairs, ensuring a neat and welcoming environment
• Help stock service stations with necessary supplies, such as napkins, silverware, and glassware
• Refill water glasses and assist guests with any additional needs during their meal
• Support the front-of-house team by running food, clearing plates, and refilling beverages during peak service times
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service area, including the removal of trash and empty bottles
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols, ensuring a safe and clean environment for both guests and staff
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the dining area during opening and closing shifts
• Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to create a smooth, efficient service

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a busser or similar role in a fast-paced, upscale restaurant environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and a willingness to assist guests and fellow team members
• Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
• Valid California Food Handler Certification
