About the TeamOur GTM Strategy & Operations team builds the systems, insights, and operating rhythms that help scale Enterprise revenue growth. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the broader GTM Strategy & Operations team and senior Sales leaders to support strategic planning, strengthen business execution, and operationalize key initiatives across the Enterprise organization.About the RoleYou’ll manage core sales cadences, analyze business performance, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and accelerate growth. This is a highly collaborative role that works across Sales, Finance, Enablement, Data, Product, Growth Strategy, and Systems.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys navigating ambiguity, solving complex business problems, and using data to improve how teams operate and scale.In this role, you will:Support Enterprise GTM StrategyPartner with Enterprise Sales leadership on strategic planning, coverage, and growth initiativesAnalyze business performance and customer trends to inform recommendations and prioritiesIdentify operational gaps and opportunities across the sales funnelDevelop growth strategies and strategic bets for new products, capabilities, customer motions, and market opportunities across Enterprise subsegmentsImprove Business OperationsSupport forecasting, pipeline reviews, business reviews, and performance reportingBuild scalable processes, reporting, and operating cadences that improve visibility and executionMaintain and enhance core GTM metrics and dashboardsShare knowledge and best practices across the GTM Strategy & Operations team to drive greater consistency and standardizationDrive Cross-Functional InitiativesPartner across Sales, Finance, Enablement, Data, Product, Growth Strategy, and Systems on high-impact initiativesCoordinate stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects moving forwardDrive process improvements that increase sales productivity and operational efficiencyDeliver Insights and RecommendationsTranslate data into clear business insights and actionable recommendationsDevelop executive-ready presentations, reporting, and decision-making materialsCommunicate risks, opportunities, and progress to key stakeholdersDeliver timely ad hoc analysis and reporting for GTM leadershipYou might thrive in this role if you:Have 8+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations or Business Operations.Are highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets to generate insights, identify trends, and inform business decisions.Have experience supporting forecasting, pipeline management, business reviews, performance reporting, or other GTM operating rhythms.Excel at structuring ambiguous problems, developing practical solutions, and driving execution in fast-paced environments.Are an effective cross-functional partner who can build relationships and influence stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, Data, and Operations teams.Have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create executive-ready materials and clearly articulate recommendations.Are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high bar for quality and execution.Thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated by helping teams scale, operate more effectively, and achieve ambitious growth goals.About OpenAIOpenAI is an AI research and deployment company dedicated to ensuring that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity.
