Standup / EPJ Operator – Night Shift (Cold Storage)
Location: Oakdale, CA
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, Night Shift
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Industry: Cold Storage / Warehouse Operations
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Standup Forklift / Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) Operator to join our cold-storage team in Oakdale, CA.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, maintain strong attention to detail, and have recent, hands-on operating experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate standup forklifts and EPJs in a cold-storage environmentLoad, unload, stage, and move product throughout the facility
- Follow all safety protocols, equipment procedures, and warehouse guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and support inventory control
- Work efficiently to meet nightly production goals
- Perform basic equipment inspections and report any issues
Requirements:
- Recent, on-the-job standup forklift and EPJ operating experience is required
- Stable work history: No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
- Ability to work in cold-storage temperatures for the full shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Must be able to work Sunday–Thursday night shift
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience in cold-storage or food distribution environments
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Safety-focused mindset and strong situational awareness
