Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Tax Preparer for a direct hire, year-round opportunity in Lake Forest, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced tax professional who enjoys preparing accurate individual and small business returns, reviewing the work of others, supporting clients, and helping junior team members grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate federal and state individual and small business tax returns, including 1040, 1120, and 1065 filings.
- Review tax returns prepared by other team members to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Identify deductions, credits, and tax-saving opportunities for clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding tax documents, filing requirements, and tax situations.
- E-file returns, manage follow-ups, and ensure client documentation is complete and accurate.
- Train, teach, and support junior staff or interns while helping improve internal tax preparation processes.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $52,000 to $66,560 per year.
