Experienced Administrative Assistant
- Warmly welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
- Maintain an organized and inviting front desk area.
- Answering phones, email, and in-person with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Address guest concerns promptly and collaborate with other staff to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Assist all Administrative departments.
- Assist with administrative tasks in including filing and data entry.
- Conduct Client introductory to Caregivers on rotating weekends and during the week as needed.
- Assist with ordering offices supplies and stocking them in the supply room.
- Assist with preparing for Team Meetings and events.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including reservation software.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
