Worldwide Account Manager Regional

As a member of a sales team, the sales professional is responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships within a defined territory. Identifies opportunities for account growth while offering customers a full array of value-added services.

Essential Functions

• Acquire, Develop and Expand customer revenue
• High level of negotiation skills needed to implement complex pricing programs, logistics optimization, and aligning customers’ needs to strategic goals of the company.
• Exhibiting outstanding communication skills including verbal, written and listening to learn the customer’s business and leverages emerging technology and internal systems to drive compelling business proposition.
• Coordinates and collaborates with internal functional teams to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
• Manage and execute key success factors to meet quarterly goals.
• Strong business acumen skills, project management skills and ability to generate creative solutions based on customer needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree/equivalent and two (2) years of business-to-business sales or related Company business experience required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to travel overnight as required.

Job Conditions

Moderate travel required.

Preferred Qualifications: International Logistics experience. Freight Forwarding experience. Global Supply chain experience.

Pay Transparency:

Pay: $6,075.00 - $14,700.00/monthly

Additional Details: This is a customer-facing role that requires regular in person meetings. Candidates must live within a 50 mile radius of Los Angeles, CA or surrounding cities within the territory: Los Angeles County.

In New Jersey, any compensable Security and Walk time will be paid to non-exempt/hourly employees at the state minimum wage.
