Overview: This in-office position requires a candidate who can handle the phone system, answer calls quickly, and manage multiple tasks. The candidate must be available to answer the company phone at all times and perform all required tasks. Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) involves providing transportation services to individuals who need assistance traveling to and from medical appointments, ensuring timely and safe transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming administrative and non-emergency telephone lines courteously and professionally.
• Handle the phone system efficiently, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrate a problem-solving attitude with an eagerness to find solutions and maintain composure during stressful situations.
• Manage multiple client portals, anticipating near-term requirements and preparing for all tasks.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all dispatching needs, ensuring diligence in managing and scheduling upcoming trips.
• Organize work to streamline processes and reduce errors.
• Provide timely updates to leadership on the current situation and upcoming tasks.
• Enter pick-up and drop-off times in the portal promptly to maintain 100% Service Level for all business partners.
• Read maps and have knowledge of local geography.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, Will call requests, or immediate needs.
• Prepare daily work schedules for all drivers, ensuring the next day's schedule is completed and sent to drivers by 12 pm.
• Reroute and troubleshoot drivers' schedules by the end of the shift.
• Be available by phone after hours to manage any calls/situations as per business needs.
• Keep and organize work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records, and other information.
• Prior knowledge of working with MediRoutes is preferred.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to update leadership at any given time on the current situation and upcoming tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills.

This role includes the above tasks but is not limited to them. The candidate will need to perform all tasks as needed.
