You'll act as a force multiplier for the CEO — owning the hardest cross-functional problems, driving the highest-stakes decisions, and ensuring leadership operates with clarity and speed.This is a high-leverage IC role, not a team-building role. You use AI, automation, and sharp judgment to scale yourself — not headcount. You're the person the CEO turns to when something is complex, cross-functional, and needs a single owner.You WillAct as a trusted advisor to the CEO and exec team — elevate insights, prep leadership for key decisions, and when needed serve as a stand-inProactively resolve problems before they reach the CEO — you see around corners and close gapsCoordinate the CEOs network to accelerate go-to-market including in international markets like MENA where there is existing regional expertise and existing strong relationshipsDRI decisions that span Product, Eng, Finance, and GTM — surface risks and disagreements early, drive alignment where org structure creates frictionDevelop integrated views of product economics, market dynamics, and business performance that no single function ownsUse AI, automation, and agent workflows to scale your impact: analysis synthesis, scenario modeling, status aggregation, operational monitoringSupport the CEO's most important cross-functional initiatives — competitive positioning, pricing strategy, product economics, strategic planning — from scoping through decisionWhat This Role Is NotGrowth experimentation, quarterly reporting, analytics, revenue or financial reporting, or dashboards.
