Job Summary:
JGA is seeking an experienced Manhattan WMOS Product Manager for a contract role focused on functional warehouse optimization. This is not a technical or configuration role. We are looking for professionals with a strong functional background in Manhattan WMOS who have worked closely with operations teams to drive process improvements and product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional enhancements to Manhattan WMOS products aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional and operations teams to gather and translate business requirements
• Create and manage Jira stories and related documentation
• Apply WMOS best practices to optimize warehouse operations
• Provide stakeholder support and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in a functional role with Manhattan WMOS
• Recent experience managing WMOS projects from a functional perspective
• Strong background working directly with operations teams to improve warehouse processes
• Proficiency in Jira and backlog management
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience writing clear and actionable Jira stories
• No technical or configuration experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Former Manhattan Associates employees with WMOS experience are highly encouraged to apply
