About the Opportunity

We are partnering with an innovative plaintiff-side litigation firm focused on consumer protection, financial litigation, and complex civil disputes. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated California attorney who wants to handle meaningful cases, gain significant courtroom experience, and work alongside experienced litigators from nationally recognized firms.

Whether your background is in consumer finance, employment law, personal injury, or insurance defense, this position offers the opportunity to build a successful plaintiff-side practice while being rewarded for results.

What You'll Do

• Manage your own litigation docket from case inception through resolution.

• Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.

• Handle written discovery, motion practice, and legal research.

• Participate in depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.

• Work closely with litigation leadership to develop case strategy.

• Coordinate with paralegals and litigation support staff to manage filings, deadlines, and case administration.

• Represent clients in consumer protection, credit reporting, financial fraud, class action, and complex litigation matters.

• Build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional legal representation.

Required Qualifications

• Active California Bar admission.

• Two (2)+ years of civil litigation experience.

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and case management.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with plaintiff-side litigation.

• Federal court litigation experience.

• Experience handling consumer finance matters, including FCRA, Rosenthal Act, or related statutes.

• Background in employment law, personal injury, insurance defense, or consumer litigation.

• Proven success negotiating settlements or resolving litigation matters.

• Experience with complex litigation, class actions, or mass arbitrations.

• Total compensation potential of $200,000–$450,000+
