About The Role

We’re a telehealth company helping people lose weight at scale. Growth is core to that mission.

We’re hiring a sharp, business-minded Data Analyst to partner closely with marketing and help us understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to push harder. You’ll work with performance marketers, influencer managers, and leadership to measure channel performance, improve spend allocation, and uncover the signals that actually drive growth.

This is a high-impact role for someone who likes turning messy data into clear bets and better decisions. You’ll blend analytics, experimentation, and business judgment - and have real ownership over how we grow.

What You’ll Do

• Own growth analytics end to end, from data modeling to insight generation to stakeholder action


• Build and improve attribution models (MMM, MTA, or hybrid approaches) to better understand true channel ROI


• Design and analyze experiments across creatives, landing pages, onboarding flows, and incentive programs


• Automate reporting and funnel analysis using SQL and Python


• Partner with marketing to improve targeting, bidding, and budget allocation


• Segment audiences using clustering, lookalike modeling, or other analytical approaches to improve CAC and LTV


• Build internal tools that make campaign analysis, forecasting, and planning faster, clearer, and more useful

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics/Applied Math, Engineering)


• 1+ years of experience working with growth, marketing, product, or business data


• Strong SQL and Python skills, with a habit of writing clean and maintainable work


• Comfortable analyzing performance across channels like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok


• Experienced building dashboards and analytical tools


• Curious, self-directed, and drawn to high-leverage problems


• Clear communicator who can explain findings and influence decisions across technical and non-technical teams

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $100,000 to $150,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
