The annual base salary for this position ranges from $126,100.00 in our lowest geographic market to $265,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You’ll shape the operational engine behind sport, culture, and entertainment experiences that move athletes and icons. You’ll bring order to complexity, elevate standards across global spaces, and connect cross‑functional partners to deliver seamless, high‑impact moments around the world.

  • Own the operational strategy and execution for all sport and cultural experiences delivered by the Entertainment & Celebrity team, ensuring every activation is built with purpose and delivered with precision.

  • Build and deploy standardized operating models, toolkits, and governance frameworks that elevate consistency and performance across all rm72 spaces globally.

  • Lead the full operational stand‑up of new rm72 locations —driving project management, vendor oversight, budget tracking, timelines, and risk mitigation from concept to launch.

  • Serve as the central hub for global rm72 governance , aligning partners across entertainment, energy, sports marketing, brand, product, legal, and finance to ensure unified execution and shared accountability.

  • Partner with product and supply chain teams to align assortments, forecasting, and inventory strategies that ensure the right product reaches the right audience at the right moment.

  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement , creating scalable frameworks, KPIs, reporting tools, and post‑event learning loops that sharpen future experiences.

  • Strengthen cross‑functional relationships and manage external partners , ensuring agencies, vendors, and internal teams work in lockstep with Nike standards, timelines, and creative ambition.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role partners closely with the Director of Brand Planning and Operations, Product Center of Excellence, while working day‑to‑day with agency partners, Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, Entertainment, and cross‑functional Nike teams to activate and optimize rm72 spaces across all GEO Centers of Excellence.

WHAT YOU BRING

· 8+ years of experience in global marketing operations, experiential marketing, or product operations

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Project Management, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

· Proven track record leading complex global projects and cross‑functional launches

· Expertise in operational process design, project management, and product alignment (inventory, forecasting, allocation)

· Experience influencing diverse teams and stakeholders within high‑visibility, fast‑paced environments

· You bring a deep command of global operations and a sharp eye for building systems that scale.

· You know how to turn complexity into clarity and lead cross‑functional teams through high‑stakes, high‑visibility work.

· You operate with discipline and precision, elevating the way product, process, and people connect.

· You drive alignment across functions, reduce friction, and create operational frameworks that raise the bar.

· You’re energized by fast‑moving environments and grounded in data‑driven decision‑making that strengthens impact and efficiency.
