Our co-founders are Brendan Falk and Grant Gurvis . Brendan previously founded Fig which was acquired by AWS in 2023. At AWS, Brendan led product for Amazon's AI coding assistant, Amazon Q, and later became the global AI lead for AWS' private equity org. Grant was a founding engineer at Fig and engineering lead on Amazon Q

What you'll do

Zeus operates in small, autonomous teams designed around key customer problems. Here are some examples of what you’ll work on:

• AI Agent Builder. How do we make it ridiculously simple for customers to build a powerful multi-agent system?

• Retrieval . How do we ingest gigabytes of customer data and use this knowledge to accurately answer customer questions.

• Test/Evals. How do we help cstomers quantifiably verify that their agents are improving?

• Voice. How do we make our phone agents as realistic, seamless, and low latency as possible?

• Observability . How do we enable our customer agent builders introspect our AI system to improve their agent?

• Review . How do we enable customer business stakeholders to

• Generative Agent Development . How can we use AI to help our agent builders build their AI agents faster? How do we make these systems self-improving?

• Your own projects . AI is advancing rapidly. We don't have all the answers. What could you build to help our customers be more successful?

Your key qualifications

We're looking for unicorns. Our product engineers are cross-functional. They 1) deeply understand customer goals, 2) design simple & brilliant solutions, 3) code them, 4) ship them, and 5) iterate by talking to customers.

• Engineering:

  • Strong familiarity with Typescript and the modern Typescript ecosystem (we use tanstack, zod, jotai, react, etc)

  • Strong familiarity with AI coding assistants (like Cursor, OpenAI Codex etc)

  • Strong familiarity with building modern, agentic AI applications (prompt engineering, tool use, RAG, evals)

  • Experience architecting and maintaining large scale codebases

• Product:

  • Ability to clearly articulate customer business outcomes

  • Ability to autonomously prioritize product roadmap based

• Design:

  • Familiarity with modern component libraries / design systems like shadcn

  • Familiarity with tailwind css

  • Good sense of design (okay if you AI assist)
