Your Role:

As a Groundskeeper at Homecoming at The Resort, you'll play a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and much more for our community. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellent service will help create a welcoming environment for residents and guests alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain community grounds including walkways, parking lots, and common areas
• Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, blowing, pressure washing, and trash removal
• Clean outdoor furniture, fixtures, and assigned maintenance areas
• Report any safety concerns or maintenance needs to the appropriate team members
• Provide courteous, helpful customer service to residents and guests
• Support the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
• Must be available to work weekends (days off: Friday and Saturday)
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $21.50/hour
