Quality Inspectors - 2nd Shift

2nd Shift Position - 2 pm to 10:30 pm w/some flexibility - dictated pay rate is $32 an hour
Location - 900 E. Watson Center Road, Carson, CA 90745

This role involves conducting inspections and tests to ensure compliance with contracts, client requirements, and KBR's standards. Responsibilities include validating certifications, using inspection tools, and analyzing data. The position also involves training others, participating and reporting on activities. A high school diploma and 2-3 years of inspection experience are required, with preferred qualifications including a high level of GD&T understanding.

Responsibilities include:
Conducts tests, inspections, audits and validations to ensure process compliance with contracts, our client and KBR's KAS group requirements and specifications for design, engineering, products, equipment, maintenance and services.
Uses and cares for inspection tools, measuring and test equipment.
Conducts sampling inspections in accordance with approved plans and procedures.
Provides training and tutoring to other inspection personnel.
Provides activity and status reports to management.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications
GD&T Qualification
Basic understanding of inspection tools i.e. caliper thread and plug gages.

High school diploma or equivalent required plus 3 years of relevant experience.
2-3 years inspection role
