Order Processing Assistant Position Overview
Securify is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior-level Order Processing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for candidates looking to launch their career in order management and operations. You will work closely with the Order Processing Manager and other departments, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Coordination: Work directly with the Order Processing Manager to coordinate and execute all aspects of the order processing cycle, including order entry, verification, fulfillment, tracking, issue resolution, and communication with vendors and internal teams.
- Order Accuracy & Documentation: Verify the accuracy and completeness of all orders and related documentation before processing. Enter and maintain customer and order data in company systems and databases.
- Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management: Work directly with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate and execute all aspects of warehouse operations, including organizing inventory, maintaining order, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting with inventory reconciliation, and overseeing shipping and receiving areas for cleanliness and safety.
- Order Fulfillment, Shipping & Returns: Assist with processing incoming project orders, returns, and disbursements, including handling product returns and coordinating the disbursement of items to internal teams and clients. Generate and manage shipping documents and labels, and track and monitor shipment statuses to ensure on-time delivery.
- Vendor & Purchasing Support: Help obtain vendor quotes, prepare purchasing documentation, and liaise with suppliers and vendors to manage backorders and special requests.
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with the accounting team to support billing and invoicing processes. Work closely with project managers, technicians, and other staff to coordinate order and inventory needs.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization across all warehouse and front office areas involved in shipping, receiving, and order processing. Ensure all materials are properly stored and labeled, workspaces remain tidy and hazard-free, and cleaning protocols are consistently followed. Take ownership of both the front office and warehouse environments, promptly addressing any messes or safety issues, and actively promote a culture where orderliness and cleanliness are expected and demonstrated by example.
- Administrative & Other Duties: Occasionally deliver or pick up parts from vendors or customers (reliable personal transportation required). Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in order management, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related administrative role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Google Workspace

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and move items within the warehouse
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the warehouse
- Normal vision and hearing are required to perform job duties safely
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and occasional exposure to dust
Transportation Requirement
- Must have reliable personal transportation for occasional deliveries or pickups of parts from vendors or client sites
