Position Summary:
Responsible for closing, funding, and audit procedures for a pipeline of loans. This position ensures the
performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federallaws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares loan for mortgage closing including final processing via the company’s loan origination systemand its closing vendor(s) to complete legal documents such as Mortgage Note, Deed, HUD-1 SettlementStatement, Final Truth-in-Lending and any program or state specific document.
- Audits tax and hazard information provided by the closing agent to ensure adequate amount of escrowof funds and insurance coverage will be obtained at closing.
- Determines the accuracy of investor and company fees to be collected at closing to complete thecalculation of the net funding. Determines any fees that need to be credited to the funding amount.
- Assists closing agents and internal personnel including underwriters and loan officers regardingquestions pertaining to the closing transaction.
- Achieves monthly production goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Provides exceptional customer service both verbally and written.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) + year experience of closing residential mortgages.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $20.00 and $36.00/hr. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
