At Hot Diggity Dog Resort, we’re looking for a passionate, reliable, and energetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) & Pet Care Specialist .

🐶 What You’ll Do

Customer Service

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism—in person, over the phone, and via email.



• Assist with reservations, check-ins, and questions about our services.



• Resolve concerns with empathy, ensuring every guest (and pet!) feels valued and cared for.

Pet Care

• Help bathe and prep dogs in our grooming salon under the guidance of experienced groomers.



• Assist in supervising daycare playgroups, keeping pets safe and happy.



• Support our boarding operations: feeding, cleaning, and giving lots of love to our overnight guests.

Learn Across Departments

• Rotate through all parts of the resort to build knowledge and hands-on experience.



• Learn the essentials of pet grooming, animal behavior, and wellness.



• Build a foundation that could lead to future leadership or even launching your own pet care business.

Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
