Enterprise Account Executive -Restaurant Automation

Our signature product is an AI-powered kitchen robot named Flippy which automates the dangerous operation of a restaurant’s fry station and cooks all sorts of fried items. Flippy is powered by a sophisticated AI platform driven by our proprietary and patented technologies.
A well known first mover in the space, Miso has raised over $125 million, much of it from equity crowdfunding, which we believe makes it THE most successful crowdfunding story in history. It has successfully piloted its products with the most prominent global brands in food, and now it’s time for the company to scale.
Over the past 18 months, the company added a new CEO and other senior leaders – all of whom hold decades of experience operating growth companies. Our CEO has a track record of successful exits, and we are backed, in part, by Ecolab (NYSE: ECL), a $70 billion public company which, as the global leader in sales of cleaning solutions to restaurants, truly knows how to operate at scale. Our new leadership team is evolving the company’s culture from early stage to growth stage with new processes and disciplines, and is supported by a board that includes the former President and CTO of OpenTable.

The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive , you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise restaurant brands, franchise operators, and foodservice groups. You’ll be at the forefront of scaling Miso’s commercial footprint, leveraging our innovative technology to solve real-world challenges in kitchen automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive New Business : Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, targeting enterprise restaurant groups and multi-unit operators.
- Solution Selling : Understand customer pain points and position Miso Robotics’ products as high-value, scalable automation solutions.
- Account Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer success and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Product Marketing: Leverage your keen understanding of the sales funnel and excellent written skills to lead the development of sales collateral.
- Market Expansion : Identify and pursue new verticals or strategic partnerships that accelerate adoption of Miso Robotics technology.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting : Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and provide strategic insights to leadership.
Who You Are
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in restaurant technology, automation, foodservice, or commercial equipment.
- An existing network of contacts in F&B and hospitality, especially within QSR, Fast Casual, and Casual will help you hit the ground running.
- Experience selling to enterprise accounts, franchises, or multi-unit operators.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Self-starter with a startup mindset—comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and attend industry events.
- Experience developing high quality sales collateral, content and industry facing communications

Compensation
$100,000-$125,000 Base salary + $100,000-$125,000 Commission + Stock + Benefits
The stated compensation range reflects only the targeted base salary range for candidates residing in the Los Angeles Metro area and excludes additional earnings such as bonus and benefits. If your salary requirements fall outside of the range, we still encourage you to apply.
