US - Engagement Lead (Solution Architect)

AuxoAI is seeking a seasoned Engagement Lead cum Solution Architect to own client-facing delivery and solution architecture for enterprise Data Platforms and Data Operations.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience designing and implementing data platforms on Snowflake and Databricks, a strong foundation in data modeling and architectural patterns, and prior exposure to traditional ETL tools.

This role leads all Data Operations activities from the US, acting as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and India based engineering teams. The individual will be accountable for solution direction, delivery outcomes, operational excellence, and executive-level client engagement, ensuring business objectives translate into scalable, high-quality technical implementations.

Responsibilities:

· Act as primary engagement lead for Data Operations across platforms, pipelines, and reporting layers.

· Own and manage critical monthly, weekly, and daily reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reliability. Track and report delivery metrics, operational KPIs, SLAs, and quality indicators to senior stakeholders.

· Lead executive-level stakeholder interactions, providing clear communication on delivery status, risks, roadmaps, and value realization.

· Drive governance cadence including steering committees, operational reviews, and KPI reporting.

· Serve as the onshore counterpart to offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.

· Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive mitigation plans.

· Define end-to-end data platform architectures spanning ingestion, transformation, storage, and analytics layers.

· Lead solution design for implementations on Snowflake, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.

· Provide architectural guidance on:

o Platform design and environment strategy (dev/test/prod)

o Data ingestion and integration patterns

o Transformation frameworks

o Analytics and reporting enablement

· Review and approve technical designs produced by engineering teams

· Lead logical and physical data modeling efforts across enterprise data platforms.

· Ensure enterprise best practices are followed across implementations and operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 12+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or analytics delivery.

· Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering solutions on modern data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.

· Proven expertise in data modeling and architecture, including dimensional and modern platform patterns.

· Prior experience with traditional ETL tools, preferably Informatica PowerCenter and/or IDMC.

· Demonstrated experience leading enterprise data platform implementations.

· Proven track record in client-facing delivery leadership roles

· Excellent client engagement and stakeholder management capabilities.

· Strong architectural mindset combined with pragmatic delivery execution.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive presentations
