Toyota Sales Associate
The Toyota Sales Associate at Envision Motors of Milpitas is a great salesperson who can sell cars by not only talking the talk but also walking the walk. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with customers and meet their automotive needs.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their preferences and requirements
- Showcase and demonstrate the features and benefits of Toyota vehicles
- Assist customers in selecting the right car that meets their needs and budget
- Negotiate and finalize the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain proper documentation and follow-up with customers for future sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Knowledge of Toyota vehicles and features
- Valid driver's license
