Supply Chain Senior Supervisor

With over 50 boutiques currently open from coast to coast and 150+ locations on the horizon, The NOW is looking forward to bringing their thoughtfully crafted menu with customizable, enhancements, healing products and singular design aesthetic to cities all over the United States. The NOW is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Supervisor who will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, resources, and information required to ensure that critical operations run effectively and the achievement of organizational goals and performance KPIs by partnering with internal departments, vendors and Franchise Owners. Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Oversee procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain.
• Monitor suppliers and service providers for quality and performance.
• Manage the purchasing process from the request for proposal (RFP) stage through delivery to our boutiques and guests.
• Track & oversee all artwork approvals, label claims, regulatory compliance for new and existing products.
• Ensure reliable in-stock position for all corporate sourced FF&E, OS&E and Retail & Backbar Products to meet or exceed our planned profitability.
• Ensure and maintain data integrity through all relevant systems to accurately track inventory and capture cost of goods sold.
• Manage and evaluate relationship with current third-party logistics (3PL) vendor.
• Establish and maintain measurable performance metrics for all levels of purchasing activities to include, but not limited to, supplier performance, internal order placement performance, cost savings based on purchase variation, and material shortage elimination.
• Develop negotiation strategies and participate in negotiations with vendors on price, delivery, terms, etc. to showcase maximum cost avoidance and deliver maximum value, leverage, and standardization.
• Identify and report any quality concerns and take immediate corrective action.
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required, assigned and directed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of supply chain experience, preferably within the Fitness or Wellness sector
• Franchise background a plus
• Proven track record managing a 3PL
• Planning, problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Negotiation, communication and collaboration skills amongst varying audiences
• Excellent analytical & reporting skills with a high attention to detail
• The ability to schedule and manage people and projects
• Proven ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
• While not required, it would be a plus if candidate has understanding of Microsoft Dynamics

Benefits:

• Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000.
• Opportunities for performance based bonuses.
