About the Role

HireFrontier is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Representative to help expand our client partnerships and strengthen our presence in the staffing and recruitment industry. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and supporting strategic marketing initiatives that drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, business partners, and key decision-makers.

• Present HireFrontier's staffing and recruitment solutions to prospective clients and customize service offerings based on hiring needs.

• Work closely with recruiters and account managers to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful talent placements.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, branding efforts, and lead generation initiatives.

• Monitor industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing responsive communication and ongoing account support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or marketing is preferred.

• Experience within the staffing, recruitment, human resources, or professional services industry is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
