Associate Graphic Designer

Responsibilities- Design and produce a wide range of visual concepts
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand their needs and incorporate feedback
- Implement design templates effectively
- Apply the Esri brand consistently across all marketing materials
- Continuously improve skills with the latest industry trends and design software
- Propose creative and forward-thinking design ideas
- 1+ years of experience in the design field or related industry
- Understanding of graphic design principles and implementation
- Ability to develop designs that meet output/printing specifications
- Attention to detail
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining communication with stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Maintain a willingness to challenge yourself, inspire others, and believe all ideas are welcomed
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar field
- Portfolio Submission: Please include a link to your online portfolio or samples of recent work. Samples must demonstrate design skills
- Experience in illustration
- Proficient in macOS
- Basic skills in Microsoft 365

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$68,640-$93,600 USD
